What information should I send you when I contact Support?

When you contact us it makes it easier if you provide us with your Licence Key and the version number of Audio Notetaker you are using.

Where can I find my Licence Key?

If you are contacting us about an error, then if you are able to take a screen shot of the error message and include that in your email it often helps us to quickly identify the solution.

If you are contacting us about an issue with a recording or RAN file, then it may also be useful to include a short clip of the file that demonstrates the issue you are experiencing.
